CREATING AN ACCOUNT
- Go to “Order Now” on the top right-hand bar and select your preferred product.
- Proceed to “Checkout” and click “Register Now”.
- Or you can go to “Login/ Register” on the top right-hand bar in the product page.
- Fill in all of the details and click “Submit”.
- Welcome to Perfect Sign!
ORDERS
- Select your preferred product or goods.
- Select the type of machine, material and other services.
- Customize your preferred size (if applicable).
- Click “Add to Cart”.
- Remember to select the quantity of the order and click “Update Cart”.
- You can either continue placing order, or if you are settled on purchasing product(s), click the “My Cart” icon on the top right corner and click “Checkout”.

UPLOAD GUIDE
You will be able to receive an email with FTP upload guide once your order is completed. Kindly follow the instructions of our FTP upload guide from the email in order to submit your artwork.
Kindly check that the artwork has been saved in CMYK mode and saved as a PDF, EPS, TIFF or JPEG. Images must be supplied at full size as a vector with any fonts used converted to outlines.

Important: No work/order will be proceeded until full payment is made within 3 days. Please send an email to perfectsignmarketing@gmail.com to inform regarding the status of successful payment. The payment details, order number and bank-in slip must be provided in the email.
SHIPPING
Delivery service
If you opted for delivery service:
Klang Valley:
- The shipping fee will be RM30-RM50, and it varies based on delivery location.
- The shipping fee will automatically be charged upon check-out if you have chosen the delivery service for this area.
- The delivery time frame will be 2-3 working days for Klang Valley area.
The rest of Peninsular Malaysia:
- The shipping fee follows by the courier rate.
- All goods will be weighed and measured by the courier companies. The shipping fee will be charged based on the volumetric weight of a parcel according to the courier companies’ rates.
- The shipment charges will be sent to your registered email later by an invoice. Please make the payment within 2 days. We will proceed with your delivery once the payment for shipment charges is received.
- The delivery time frame will be 3-4 working days for the rest of Peninsular Malaysia.
- Please be informed that we are not responsible for delays due to late payment.
Sabah & Sarawak:
- The shipping fee follows by the courier rate.
- All goods will be weighed and measured by the courier companies. The shipping fee will be charged based on the volumetric weight of a parcel according to the courier companies’ rates.
- The shipment charges will be sent to your registered email later by an invoice. Please make the payment within 2 days. We will proceed with your delivery once the payment for shipment charges is received.

Self-pick-up service
If you opted for self-pick-up service:
- The Pick-up orders can be collected at our office within 2 working days.
- You will be able to receive an email notification or call from Perfect Sign once the order is completed and ready to be collected.
Urgent work (own collection available only)
If you opted for urgent work:
- Urgent order can be collected at Perfect Sign office on the same day the order first placed.
- You will be able to receive an email notification or call from Perfect Sign once the order is completed and ready to be collected.
- Please note that urgent work requires extra charge 30% of the total bill.
- If your order is not ready for collection on the same day the order first placed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you by e-mail.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
- The refund will only be made if the product is out of stock or we have failed to complete the order within 5 working days after the receiving final confirmation of the file/work. However, if the products/goods have been collected by the courier within the timeframe indicated, then we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier company.
- In the event of Defective & Faulty products/goods, you can inform us at the earliest time and should do the inspection as soon as reasonably practicable after receiving the products/goods and in no case longer than 5 days after receipt.
- If you inform on Defective & Faulty products/goods, the related items of goods are required to return to us. We will then may reprint part or all of the order free of charge after reviewing the defective products/goods.
- The Defective & Faulty products/goods that return to us must be in their original packaging and must be in an unused condition.

CANCELLATION
All purchase orders are not subject to cancellation or modification by the Buyer after Seller’s acceptance of the order, except with the Seller’s prior consent.
MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT
A minimum order of RM30 excluding delivery charges applies to all orders on this website.
